This is your branded App
The Windermere Real Estate Search App is agent branded, meaning that your photo and contact information is attached to every listing your clients review. Plus, a specific URL and QR code is created just for you to send directly to your sphere within the app or through Engage.
Communicate with your clients
Clients can search for homes on their mobile device any time, anywhere. You will always be one touch away on every single listing, whether that’s an in-app message, call, email, or text!
Client-saved searches & favorites
Your clients can easily create and save searches for available homes, make notes about the listings they like best, and select their favorites. They’ll also receive notifications when new listings hit the market. You can track their activity via the app Insights tab.
Track your client's engagement
Check your Agent Dashboard to track which accounts are logging in, how many of your clients are regularly using your app, and which listings your clients have viewed. You can also check listing notes, send chats or call your clients directly from the app.
Invite your clients and connect
The Windermere app makes it easy to connect with your clients. Invite them to your branded app directly from your phone’s contact list or send them a link/QR code via text or email.

Social Media Graphics
Share the news on social media with a Windermere branded graphic. Find them at: "WORC > Marketing > Home > Social Media > Social Media Images > Windermere Tools > Search App Social Media Images."

Email Signature
Use the Windermere Email Signature Generator to add your unique app URL to your email signature. Under the field “Website Optional,” add in the copy that you would like to use and then add your URL in the field below. We recommend: “Download My App.” Email Signature Generator

My Website Page Template
In your Moxi MyWebsite page builder, select our App template to add to your website. The page includes an overview of the app along with an editable field for you to add in your unique URL. You can find this under the brokerage templates section of Page Builder as "Search App Landing Page."

Spread the word with our ready to go email. Just search for "Windermere Search App" in MoxiCampaigns, then add in your app URL and send to your clients.

Direct Mail Postcard
Send a postcard to your sphere or neighborhood to encourage potential homebuyers to download your app by scanning your personalized QR code. Find it under Custom Xpress > Lead Generation > Windermere Tools, or enter keywords "Search App" in the search bar on the Custom Xpress homepage. Presentation Sheet
Include our Search App presentation sheet in your Buyer presentations. In Moxi Present and Custom Xpress you can customize this sheet with your personalized QR code that lets viewers download your app. A generic version without QR code is also available in the Presentation Toolkit on the WORC.
